Work It Out
We call it hump day. It’s a Wednesday, you’re feeling like the week is already rough, and whatever it is you’re working on — in the office, at school, or around the house — is what you’re hoping to get done so you can move on and get closer to the weekend.
Work it out. Too many times we are hoping for, and working toward, weekends. Celebrating that Friday has arrived so we can let loose and be free of whatever chains held us back during the week. Not today. Today we are going to begin to work it out. Not in our work lives. Not at home, or with our friends and family — but within.
Find what is holding you back from true freedom. What is truly exhausting your time, exasperating your patience, and binding you to these virtual chains that keep you from celebrating every day in life.
Doesn’t matter the day, or what part of the week. Progress and happiness start inside. Take the time to work it out.
