You Get What You Give

An hour isn't just an hour when there is lots to be done.

Stop expecting success through osmosis. In life, you get what you give. If you give off negative energy, or an I can’t attitude, that’s what you’ll get in return. If you never compromise, or never try to see the world from a different point of view, others won’t do the same for you.

Take a moment to step away from everything you want, and think about the level of effort you put in to achieve the goals you should be setting. Think about the amount of time you put into training your mind. Is it quality time? Is it 100% of your effort? Or is it filled with procrastination, scapegoats and excuses?

An hour isn’t just an hour when there is lots to be done. An hour can be wasted — or in an hour, you can be productive enough to do two hours of work.

You get what you give. No matter if you are on the job, building a business, working on a relationship, or raising a child. You get out what you put in.

You get what you give. Make sure you are giving positive energy, quality effort, and time.
