Finish Your Breakfast
Think of the many meals you’ve eaten throughout your life. I bet you can think of some yummy lunches, dinners, and late night snacks. I know I can. But the most important meal of the day is breakfast.
How you start your day is important. It sets the tone for your mood, energy, and cognitive ability as you get going. So in the first meals we consume in life — the books we read, the classes and lessons we take, the experiences and people we encounter — why would we not finish that meal?
Too often we forget the foundation. The spring time of our lives matters. Learn as much as you can. Consume the good meals fed to you through not only your experiences, but the knowledge and experience of others. Give yourself an edge by starting your life off right, every day.
Finish your breakfast.
